I have a Galaxy Note 8 that has been updated to an Android ver 9. I use to be able to connect to my BluVac + Pro but now I can’t. It’s asking for a pin number to access the Bluetooth on the unit. Is there a pin number I can use?
A recent update to the Android 10 OS may cause difficulty connecting the AccuTools BluVac+ micron gauges (BluVac+ Pro, BluVac+ LTE, and BluVac+ Micro) to certain Samsung Galaxy products, specifically the S8, S9, and S10 devices. Android and Samsung are aware of the problem and are working on a solution. In the interim, AccuTools developed a firmware upgrade enabling our gauges to interact with these devices.
We would be happy to upgrade your BluVac at no charge to you. If you wish us to do so, please do the following:
1. Place your BluVac in a small padded envelope. We do not need batteries, hook, or any other packaging.
2. Include a note with your:
— full name
— return shipping address
— phone number
— email address
3. Mail your package to:

We will process your gauge within about one business day of receipt.
Hello I’ve recently had to do a restore on my iPhone 12 Pro. I had to re download the app and since then the app will not find my BluVac micro. Can’t seem to find the issue.
We’re aware of an issue with BluVac micron gauges failing to connect to Apple devices running iOS 15. About a week ago we released an app update that we think fixed that issue. I see your post is from over a month ago, so please try opening the BluVac app and accept the update when prompted and try connecting to your gauge again. Please let us know the results. Thanks
